Engineers Journal : annual publication of Cumann na nInnealtoiri

The record in the Trinity Coll. Dublin cat. gives the sub-title annual publication of Cumann na nInnealtoiri, and gives holdings of Nos. 1-2(1940-41); it does not acknowledge the existence of later volumes, nor the continuation of the title under the later name Irish Engineers.

The record in the New York Pub. Lib. cat. gives the note "Official organ of Cumann na n-innealtóirí (Engineers' association)" and holdings of Vol. 12, no. 1 (Jan. 1959)-v. 21, no. 12 (Dec. 1968); it also indicates that this title was continued by Irish Engineers.

The record in the Zeitschriftendatenbank(ZDB) for the Irish Engineers gives holdings of 1.1940 - 32.1979.

The record in the British Lib. cat. indicates that the issues from Dec. 1960-Dec. 1964 consist of extracts from the Transactions of the Institution of Civil Engineers of Ireland.

The record in the New York Pub. Lib. cat. for the journal Irish Engineers indicates that the Bulletin was absorbed by the latter.

Irish Engineers

The record in the Trinity Coll. Dublin cat. indicates that this was published by the Institution of Engineers of Ireland.

The record in the New York Pub. Lib. cat. indicates that this was the official journal of the Engineers' Association (Cumann na n-Innealtoiri) Jan.-Feb. 1969 and of the Institution of Engineers of Ireland, Mar. 1969-1979. It also indicates that this title absorbed the Bulletin of the Institution of Civil Engineers of Ireland.
