We have unable to find such a publication in a library catalogue.
NOTE: The three references to this abbreviation all occur in only two issues of one journal in 1886.

- just a repeat of the 2nd ref.
It seems likely that these two authors wrongly cited a classic article by Dr. C. B. Plowright and H. W. Harkness.
